I am extremely pleased this letter of recommendation for Stephen Harvey. Stephen and I worked collaboratively together on a multi-family project in Charlotte, NC called Hazel Southpark.

Stephen and his road crew inherited the project from a local crew that failed to get the work done in a timely manner. Stephen and his crew were able to meet with me onsite and get their bearings of what the status of the job was like. The insulation portion of the job was in total disarray. Without any planning or scheduling happening, Stephen was able to quickly assess the situation and come up with a plan to finish all sections of the project with the proper flow that would allow both his crew, and the work for the subcontractors behind him, to continue without any issues.

Stephen and his crew also worked the long hours needed to get the job done and was not your typical road crew that wanted to come late on a Monday to start and then leave early on Friday. They were willing to get into town on Sunday and work all week long, sometimes 12 hour plus shifts, which greatly helped the schedule.

I would highly recommend Stephen and his crew for any size project you may have that needs a competent lead foreman and a dedicated crew.

In my 10 ears of working with Stephen, I always found him to be ready to take on any task and complete it in a very satisfactory manner.

I was responsible for large company sales for Builders Insulation. Many times, these sales involved mobilizing large numbers of workers and managing inventory to these projects. Stephen was our best leader on these jobs. His communication with superintendents running these jobs was excellent.

No construction project runs perfectly but Steve was always able to make critical decisions that moved projects along in a professional manner.
